ITINERARY:
Pick up from hotel in the historic center of Cusco at 3:30 am and departure from 4:00 am to the qollasuyo (southern route), old Quechua road, an important part of all Tawantinsuyo (4 regions of the Incas), arrival at the town of CHECACUPE at 7:30 am, and then go to the town of Cusipata the native town for breakfast.
Then on a hike, passing beautiful landscapes, lagoons where South American camelids (alpacas, llamas, vicugnas, cougar, Andean birds, etc.) live, after a walk of 3½ Hrs aprox. We will arrive at the place called VININCUNCA-PASS OF 5,200 meters above sea level, where we will observe the colored hill with the sunrise, and the imposing valley and red hills that only exists in this place in Peru. The mountains will be observed: ApuSarinini, mountain 7 colors, Vinicunca, Ausangate (highest mountain in the province of Cusco 6372 masl).
After taking pictures, we will return to the place of Hanchipacha where lunch will be, and then return to the city of Cusco arriving approx, 19:00 pm. Overnight in Cusco.
